Reading in general helps to improve spoken English . Reading loudly doesn't confirm the enhancement of reading skills. There may be chances that students may fail to comprehend the text or passage. Hence, reading effectively and attentively play a pivotal role in overall reading skills enhancement. However, the case differs in IELTS examination wherein students are expected to skim the passages to get the general idea of the text.

There is a big difference as IELTS requires understanding of the four modules and the acquaintance with different type of questions. The approach to teaching changes depending upon the requirement of the student. If it is IELTS training, it becomes vital to teach them about the pattern of IELTS examination. However, in case if teaching Spoken English, it becomes important to focus more on verbal part or the speaking skills of the learner. Moreover, Spoken English classes are mostly activities based classes which enhance the general understanding of English.

Yes, it is possible. A baby learns few sentences of English or any other mother language by observing his or her parents in an environment. A small kid can speak in English or Hindi by listening to his parents then it is obvious that he hasn't learnt any part of grammar, it is because he is used to listening his parents in English ot Hindi.
