"Well my experience with her was not very good. I spoke with her to enquire about special education classes for my 6 years old son and I found her very cold. There was no warmth in her voice over the call. If this is how she is on call, then I am definitely not comfortable with her. She might be good but for special educator the most important thing is how you communicate. "
