The reason for the back pain needs looking into. If the pain is due to some past injury which keeps rearing its head now and then, you need to first visit an ortho , get the scan done and follow the medicines and physiotherapy. If the pain is due to overweight(if your bodyweight is more than your spine can handle) or weak ancilliary and supporting muscles of the back, that can be worked upon with a wholistic combination of cardio, strength training and certain yoga asanas. Instead of doing all 3 on a day and getting overwhelmed or even injured, you can do the following sample split: Monday 45 mins to 50mins- walking, jogging or cycling. Tuesday 45 mins yoga Wed 1 hour strength training+stretching.
Bad gut needs an overhaul in your diet and rest protocol . Intermittent fasting, including pre and pro biotics, fibre and proteins in your diet is the gist of it coupled with ample hydration and sleep of minimum 7 hours
