What is the difference between ramp signal and triangular signal?

Ramp signal is monotonically increasing/decreasing signal with positive or negative slope while triangular signal has discontinuities after which slop sign gets reversed.

If y is constant then answer is 0. But if y is again function of x, then y + xy' = y - 1y'.

Can modems be a software? E.g modems, firewalls, routers, Gateway, etc?

yes modem means modulator and demodulator.. this can be software as well

What is the sampling frequency if a band limited with a maximum frequency of 5kHz is to be sampled?

What is the difference between ramp signal and triangular signal?

Ramp signal is monotonically increasing/decreasing signal with positive or negative slope while triangular signal has discontinuities after which slop sign gets reversed.

Differentiate with respect to x: xy = log y + C?

If y is constant then answer is 0. But if y is again function of x, then y + xy' = y - 1y'.
