"Khushal has been an amazing trainer since the first day when I joined under his training. He helped me gain strength and lose some kgs, though it's still a long way to go. When I was lazy, he pushed me at every step. He understands my eating habits(being vegetarian) and creates a diet plan based on that. He helped me create a mindset is that being healthy and regular workout is a lifelong journey. That shows his level of commitment and dedication towards his students. I would 101% recommend him if anyone is looking for a personal trainer. "
