Dr. Manasi Krishna S.

I have an extensive academic research experience as well as diverse exposure to project management expertise and teaching for about 10 years. My area of research involves gender and development studies, international relations, political science, issues in European countries with particular focus on Sweden, welfare state and social policy, sexual violence and gendered politics in India, research methodology etc. I have been regularly contributing to various national and international peer reviewed journals. I have been a visiting research scholar at the Institute of International Relations, University of Warsaw (2014-2015) under Erasmus Mundas Scholarship funded by the European Commission for pursuing academic research projects. Currently I am involved as a Project Associate/Subject Matter Expert in NCERT projects for developing e-Content for MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) for School Education in India, Central Institute of Educational Technology, NCERT. I have written many research papers in peer reviewed academic journals and books and contributed to many project reports for various organisations and state governments. I like to teach in my leisure hours. I teach theories in political science, international relations, gender and women studies, and research methodology for B.A and M.A students. I also give coaching for NET exams in women studies.
