"My husband jokingly challenged me to get a six pack by Christmas, it was two weeks before Thanksgiving. If I did, he would buy me an entirely new wardrobe. I have gained a "few" pounds during our 15yrs of marriage and took the challenge serious. I did not win sadly to say, but this challenge led me to trying different workout programs (i.e. Yoga, Zumba & strength training). "I joined Anytime Fitness in July of 2015 and started going a reasonable amount, three times a week for thirty minutes each time.
