"I joined Anytime Fitness in 2014. I had gained weight from being laid up from a knee injury and other changes I was going through at that time at work and in my personal life. Surgery and a regimen of drugs was not for me as a solution, so I checked out the new fitness center in our community that had just opened and was holding an OPEN HOUSE with new membership offerings. I was given a tour and a great membership rate. The offer was too good to pass up. Trainers listened to my story, took into consideration my concerns I had about existing physical conditions and limitations, and designed a training program that worked.After a few months of working with the trainers who targeted the problem areas through resistance exercises and cardiovascular activities, I was able to fully regain the use of my knee without surgery and without any medication other than an occasional aspirin. Being an avid hiker, I was able to resume my walking routine and stop the weight gain. My new trainer, Carl, is now helping me to strengthen and tone wasted muscle in problem areas that develop for women of my age."

I somehow lost a lot of weight and i was not going to let myself be less than 100lbs. I started coming to the gym every day and learned a lot of exercise routines just by watching videos. It's been a whole year since I dedicated my life to health and fitness and I couldn't be any happier with my achievements.Just because you are skinny does NOT mean you are healthy. I started tracking my meals to ensure I was filling my daily nutrients, I came to the gym to lift weights 6 days a week, and I accomplished my goal that I had made to myself to become physically healthy and feel mentally happy about my figure. Not only did I make health and fitness the main part of my life, but I got the opportunity to be a part of the Anytime Fitness community and become Manager.
