Aditya Tripathi

I am inititally a Science Student with Computer Science in my Intermediate. My Bachelors made Chemistry my backbone and strength. From my Intermediate I was continuously involved in teaching at private educational firms Chemistry and Physics to students upto IIT-JEE/ NEET for almost 5 years. My interest towards bought me to choose Environmental Sciences in Masters and I did well in that definitely. Soon after the Masters, I cleared the reputed exam of UGC/NTA NET twice in the same year of passing my Masters. Immediately I was choosen for the position
of “Junior Research Fellow” at CSIR-NBRI working at the project entitled “ Ground and remote sensing based estimation of Leaf area index and estimation of Net Primary productivity in tropical forests of India. This project included field visits, Ecological research, Data analysis and other stuff. My field visits included Simlipal Wildlife Sanctuary (Orissa) and Pilibhit Tiger Reserve (UP). Although grabbing a Ph.D seat at IIT-Dhanbad in 2020, my poor financial conditions at that time let me insufficient to submit the complete fee for Ph.d. Hence my candidature was cancelled. After some break, I regained another position at the same institute CSIR-NBRI this time as “Project associate” on topic Iron and Zinc Biofortification in rice. This
project had more emphasis on Chemical analysis and instrumentation. My core knowledge on Chemistry was very useful in this complete process. The pandemic of 2021 made a clear shortage of Financial funds this made me to leave my project. Besides all this I have presented one oral paper and one paper at two national seminars. Again I started working at FIMT, New Delhi as Assistant professor of Environment. Organizing wokshops/seminars/hand-on on Environment topics, teaching Environment as a subject, coordinating in several committee such as Sports, Environment Cell, Research Wing etc. My experience at an eminent Environment
Consultancy has made me capable to prepare Environmental impact assessment. My experience at Pipalkoti Hydro Electric project gave me a new dimension to practical work. Henceforth I must accompain my blend of Teaching and Research experiences can be fruitful and makes me more accomadable in every situation. Skills such as communication skills, Management and Interactive sessions are very well versed to me. My field visits have made me more fragile to work in changing scenerios
