First, we've to understand the tool's capabilities. As you've mentioned Tableau and Power Bi. These are mainly known for data visualisation and not for Data Analytics. And Quick View is not a good option for Data Analytics as there are many compromises and also not in high demand in the market.
I would instead suggest you go for some reliable Analytical tools like SAS, R.

SQL is best option for you, as yo are expereinced in MS Excle. If you learn MSSQL and Tools like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS which will be very helpful for your career. Later you can jumpto Advance Tools like Power BI.
