What are the facilities you usually look at when it comes to attending a corporate training...?

I think the most important thing to look out for is a match. What are your requirements, budget and outcome you want to derive out of the training. Once you are clear with this, identify few trainers to match your needs and then choose the best. Please be clear in your question...let me guess....if it is about facilities then a good seating arrangement, good audio visual, projection & screen, writing board, markers (temporary & permanent), electricity extension cords, writing pads, pen-pencils, erasors, something to chew (toffee), tea & refreshment breaks, meals etc.... ...and if it is about what you expect about the training itself then it is about the subject matter, the training aids, how experiential it is, how a story is woven around, how does the trainer capture attention, clarifying doubts, followups and all. read less

Corporate trainings are either organized by the interested companies or the Corporate Trainer himself. In the former case either interested company contact the Corporate Trainer or Corporate Trainer approaches the companies as part of their marketing and advertising. In my case I do not organize Corporate training hence do not advertise in news papers, etc. rather, either I am approached by the companies or I approach them...in both the case....to in order hold Corporate Training either at their training hall or desired place in a hotel. After approval of subject/topic of Training relevant to desired company and of our payments, administrative arrangements like training room, note pads, pens, projectors, water, meals are also to be arranged by the desired companies. read less
