Many of seekers are catering for new jobs, but they are unsuccessful to achieve it, why?

Lack of knowledge in their core departments and most of the job seekers dont identify their talent .Once they found their core talent they can survive or else it will be hard .

Hi, I am a BTech graduate (CSE). I got a backlog in the last semester, which resulted in a year backlog. So, I was not eligible for any job. So, I joined a BPO. Is it possible to get a job in IT after two years? I have opted for the Machine Learning course. Will it be helpful? Please help, what should I do.

Sure it will help .But you have to expertised in particular domain whether it is machine learning or any other Software courses .All you have to do is develop your skill.
