To start with Phulka
To make 4 phulkas
Ingredients:
1/2 cup wheat floor
1 pince salt
Water to mix the dough
Desi ghee to apply on phulka n dough
Method:
Make a soft dough n keep it under wet cloth for 15 mins.
Take some ghee apply on the dough n knead it well.
Now divide it into 4 portions and start rolling round Roti's one by one.
Pre heat the tava and put one roti on it see that it is roasted properly from both sides. Apply ghee n serve.
Repeat for rest of the dough and enjoy soft phulkas
