Ingredients :
For the pancake batter:
- One cup flour
- One tablespoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- One egg, one cup milk, two tablespoons oil
- Two tablespoons sugar
For the chocolate mixture:
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- In a big bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, oil, and sugar; whip into a creamy batter. Mix well and set aside.
- To make chocolate mixture, microwave milk chocolate, milk, and butter on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
- Whisk melted chocolate mixture with 1/2 cup pancake batter.
- Grease bottom of the pan lightly. Pour pancake batter and swirl with chocolate. As it begins to bubble, flip to the other side. Top with butter and your favourite syrup.
Serve something healthy and non-fried.
