In case of NH3, N is more electronegavele than H so the vector of dipole will b in the direction of lone pair present on nitrogen
While in case of NF3,F is more electronegative than N ,so the dipole vector of NF bond will in the direction of F which is in the opposite direction of dipole moment of lone pair present on N
So NH3 is having more dipole moment than NF3
