Answer 
Some students may feel that class 11 is tough than class 12 and vice versa. It depends upon the knowledge/interest of the students. Some students are strong in basic concepts related to electricity part and they feel that class 11 is tough. Where as where as some studens are strong in mechanics part and feel that electricity is very tough. In my opinion, if students have strong fundamentals then they can feel that both are easy.
