I will give you the top 7 methods to avoid sleep while you are studying:
1) Be Interested in what you are Studying!
Yes to prevent sleep you must make sure that you are Interested in what you are reading!
So if you are not interested in what you are studying then develop an interest in the subject.
2) Drink a lot of Water!
Drinking plenty of water will make your brain cells active and improves your concentration.
Hence always have a water bottle in your Study table and drink a lot when you feel like sleeping.
3) Play a Game or Watch a Comedy Scene for some time!
It is a trick which I always do to get rid of sleep while I am studying.
Whenever I feel like sleeping, I would immediately open the “Chess” Game in my mobile phone and would play for 5 minutes, and after I realise that the sleep is gone, I would continue studying the Subject.
You can also watch a video clip which makes you laugh and then continue studying.
4) Walk While Studying!
It will enable you to be physically active and completely avoids sleep and enables you to focus on your studies.
5) Say aloud what you are studying!
If you are reading out loud what you are studying, then your senses become active, and this will eliminate the feeling of sleep.
6) Write Down Continuously (very fast)
Writing quickly on a piece of paper or a book will not only help you to prevent sleep but also help you to improve your writing skills which will be Helpful for your Exams.
7) Wash your Face with Water
It is the Final method by which you can completely overcome this habit of sleeping while you are studying.
Pouring water on your face will make your Brain Cells to be active and hence the feeling of sleep vanishes immediately.
