After the coming of print culture, the ideas of scientists and philosophers now became more accessible to the common people. By the eighteenth century, books became a medium of spreading progress and enlightenment which could change society and the world.

Despoticism thrives on ignorance .This was the biggest tool in hands of despots.There was no education except the religious education which was again run under the patornage of kings by priests who were again mere tools of despots. philosoper and writers of that era thought that Print Culture would bring enlightenment to ignorants and they rise against the suppression and oppression of cruel kings  ,fight for theor rights and bring end of despotism .
