There's no Pro tip in listening lectures. Only thing you need to think of is "Why You started chosing ".
Apart from scoring marks, ( ofc it's important from examination pov) think of the knowledge You gain through the classes.

I have 3 years teaching experience
It is harmful environment for your mental health, these Institutes are just money minded giants they doesn't care for your progress 4-5 hours continue classes with a 15 min break is best approach, these 10-12 hours of classes are harmful and just a measure of coat cutting. Talking from prior experience.
A proper self study discipline is required and proper understanding of concepts with regular question solving habit.

I have been teaching Social science since 2 years , I have done my BE in Electronics.
I think no one cannot sit at a stretch for 10 hours and I don't think any institute would take such longer hours without break , you can practice this technique of deep breathing i.e, concentrating on your breath if you get even a small break than looking at your mobile phones , it really works , thanks !
