* You must do several of the latest ones (maybe of the last 7 years) as timed tests, exactly as though you are in an exam hall. Make sure you are in a quiet place and won't get disturbed. Score yourself using the Marking Scheme (available on the NCERT website). 

* You can solve the rest of the previous years' papers as regular work without timing. 

If any mistake involves a concept that you have not understood or a formula that you have forgotten, make sure you learn it thoroughly before attempting your next timed test. You should then see your score increasing with every test.
