Yes, it is natural that one gets tensed and nervous during interview. Some tips to overcome this: 1. Prepare for the interview before hand. Look up some videos on youtube, get tips from friends etc. 2. Be 15 mins early to the interview. If you are late, obviously it adds up tension. So go 15 mins early. 3. During the interview, just be casual and answer what you know. It is ok not to be perfect. Be normal and be yourself. Trust in yourself and your preparation. Even if you don't know the answer, it's ok to say "I don't know". After all, one can't know everything. We can learn on the way. 4. Realize that the interviewer is also just a human being. He/She is just trying to understand you - how you think, answer, express etc. and how you will be fit and justify the post for which you are being hired. So be natural and express yourself politely. 5. After the interview, celebrate. Create a positive mind set. If you have done well, good. Hope for the best. On the contrary, if you feel that you have not done well, it's ok. You can reflect on it and improve yourself for the next interview. Also, this is not the only company in the world.
