"Cake session class: lakshmi madam teaching is so good. I got hands on experience in kneading doughing adding the correct measurement of ingredients. Only from her I came to know how the change in measurement a pinch can change the cakes softness. Lot of suggestions are given like how it should look, the taste, the mistakes we might do while preparing the batter. Different types of piping with nozzles, cutting of cake. Shotglass. Popsickle. Will be given handson. How to handle the beater for mixing the ingredients. Step by step procedure is demonstrated in a crystal clear manner. Really I loved the two days session well. We can prepare black forest. Barbie doll cakes very easily after learning from her. Highlight we took the cakes to our home too. Yummy. "
