Vegetarian Cooking Classes

"I am totally new to cooking and has no idea on basic ingredients as well. As I am getting married in near future, thought of joining any cookery class near to my place. Contacted many cookery classes through just dial/Urban pro, but i liked the way Lakshmi mam responded to my query. She gave me the complete plan and list of recipes that will be covered in the 5 day basic cooking session. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable right from Day 1. She taught me everything right from ingredients identification, vegetables cutting, grinding, presentation and much more. She is so perfect in everything she does and stick on to the plan and timelines. She teaches more than what is given in the recipe sheet and insists me to try the dishes after I go home. She even surprised me with a small gift when one of my dish came very well. That was really encouraging for a beginner like me. She makes her students cook just like the way she cooks. Whenever she teaches me something, she covers all possible mistakes that should be avoided. Even though I do lot of mistakes in cooking, she was very patient and encouraged me to try again until it came out well. She keeps the session so lively and interesting so you won't get bored even a bit. I am totally satisfied with this session and can easily try all the dishes she taught me in this class. The best part is, I am getting the same result, as it was taught by her in my class. She is so honest and doesn't hide any trick/ingredient "

She demonstrates best culinary practices, with a humble attitude. The best about her is, she is well updated and never ceases to share the knowledge and know-how. This way, as a woman - not only I feel empowered but also helps me bond with my little one by creating her favourite cuisines. "Before coming to baking class I tried many dish but haven't succeeded but after getting the knowledge of baking from Lakshmi Mam what ever I do I am getting the best results. Now all my cake look So good and tasty. She is very polite while teaching not anyone can be. Each and every steps were clearly explained and cleared all doubts which I had. She is a best cook and all her recipes are really fantastic. I like to learn more recipes from Lakshmi mam and I am very eager about it. A teacher is who makes her student to get perfect knowledge and result that's what Lakshmi mam doing. Love to be your student mam. "

"It was superb class. She was so kind and having so much patience in making me to learn.Her recipe was awesome I used to fail in eggless recipes. She taught me to make the most spongy and moist cakes in eggless. Thanks for her. Its worth spending money.
