"Excellent several techniques of mixing and for the first time I used a palette knife to cream fat and sugar. I was a good experience and it was so much fun. I mixed cake icing with flavouring and colours using just the palette knife and I’ve watched her work in awe, I was there only for two days And I could now do cakes by myself "
