"I just believe him and make payment for group class and after that, they are playing games with me giving a rubbish reason, don't try to enroll here for spoken English or any other class they are doing business no matter how people are shaving money and doing payment for carrier growth but they are here to digest students money. The tutor played a nice game and said for payment after that round and round they are throwing me from tutor to support team. First time and the last time I am using this app. "

Hi Hemant firstly apologies for the miscommunication. You and your friend wanted to have group classes and you were willing to pay on behalf of your friend. Unfortunately I had never taken any group classes in the past so I thought if the student only creates a login and registers with UrbanPro that would enroll both. I was not aware that individual payments have to be made by each respective student and the payment is not to be made for anyone else other than the actual student . I apologized to you and admitted for the miscommunication and gave you other options to see if I could give four free sessions which has a value of Rs 1000 in order to compensate this mishap. I also advised you on the phone that I am ready to give you and your friend enough value to develop your communication skills but you kept insisting for a refund. Kindly note that any Organization normally has a refund policy in place. Cancellation fees are applicable not only on this platform but most of the Businesses charge a cancellation fee. For instance if you cancel a Train ticket, Air Ticket or anything else there is a cancellation fee based on their refund policies. I tried my best to give you the best advise for your money not to be wasted and I was willing to go out of the way and lower my charges and that was in addition to the free sessions that I promised to give you however, you still insisted for a refund.
