How to start home tuition business, I have so many problems such as how much to charge, how to pay my employees, how to handle the students in bulk? Please suggest me the best path.

Start your classes in small batches of 5 or 6. After a months you will be able to take your decision on expanding your batches. The tuition fee depends on where you are located and the classes you are going to handle.

What are the fees for Maths / SC / English for Class 8 IGCSC at home per month?

Your home or student's home? If the student is coming to your place you can charge 300 an hour. If you are going to the student's house it should be 500 an hour.
