Have your food 2hrs prior while having yoga classes if it is in the early morning,have a warmmilk or one glass of warm water.. keep yogamat and get ready for class 5mins before and just sit in sukhasana and focus on your breath and prepare your body and mind for yoga practise.. wear breathable cotton... ...more

keep yogamat and get ready for class 5mins before and just sit in sukhasana and focus on your breath and prepare your body and mind for yoga practise..

wear breathable cotton top and pant or suitable dress for practise

if any discomfort or any pain in body,inform the instructor before starting of the class.

keep in mind,Focus on your breath while doing postures and do each sequences and asanas gently..Follow the instruction of yoga guru and Ask if have any doubts...thank you
