I am founder of core yoga studio, it's located in anna nagar. I prefer only the traditional style of yoga so that everyone can get benefits from it without any age restrictions. A traditional yoga is far more different from power yoga. It will help you to gain energy instead of losing it which is the main purpose of yoga. Apart from that, those who practice this style of yoga seems to be more younger and energetic. So in my personal experience I've decided to teach only this kind of yoga.
