Yes, you can improve (not improvise, which means "to do something without any preparation, using only the things that are available", which , I hope, is not what you mean in your question), by taking online courses offered by many competent Trainers on Urbanpro website.
The important things you have to remember are:
1. Make reading Books and Standard Newspapers a regular habit.
2. Keep building up your vocabulary in a steady and systematic way on a regular basis.
3. Refresh and upgrade your Grammar knowledge by periodically referring to Standard Grammar Books, like Wren and Martin "High School English Grammar" published by S.Chand &Co, New Delhi.
4. Practise Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking in English, at least for 15 minutes each, every day.
These steps, if sincerely followed, will improve your communication skills, both spoken and written, in a steady manner.
