Hi, I want to improvise my communication skill in English, can I do this by online? And how much it costs? I have basic knowledge of the language but lacking fluency. Please help.

Yes, you can improve (not improvise, which means "to do something without any preparation, using only the things that are available", which , I hope, is not what you mean in your question), by taking online courses offered by many competent Trainers on Urbanpro website.

The important things you have to remember are:
1. Make reading Books and Standard Newspapers a regular habit.
2. Keep building up your vocabulary in a steady and systematic way on a regular basis.
