I have done counselling for some students in past where I realized that they choose options by pressure or only because they feel they are convinced with that. After words they struggle with it. Best option is to find out what is the born intelligence you have and then decide for suitable option. I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like). I am confused between Software testing and development. Testing doesn't give much career growth but doesn't require much coding abilities (good for me). Some asked me to learn Android development. I am totally confused and I don't have much time left. Please help me.
