Hi all I have completed b.com and I have 2.7 years experience working with consultancy into recruitment and also worked with leading MNC into customer service. Soon after that I got married And I left my job thinking I can look for one in abroad where my husband was working. Unfortunately market condition was bad and for visit visa less consideration was given couldn’t get job. In between my husband also lost job due to company cost cutting and I had to return back to India. Now It’s going to be 2 years gap . Meanwhile I have been doing online business.. I have started looking for a job desperately looking for one.its a struggle phase husband is also trying hard to find a job this is his 3rd visit there. can someone suggest me on this situation 

As you are already aware of the functionality of the recruitment industry you can try looking for freelancing jobs.. there are plenty of WFM jobs available... this will also give you time to focus on your online business

Understand if you are really sure about getting into Digital Marketing. If yes, pursue a digital marketing course from a reputed institution that also offers you internship. This will give you good exposure.

It is all about practice. The more you inculcate English in your daily routine the better your fluency will be. Read English Newspaper/Novel/Book daily, Write down a personal dairy daily this will help you put down your thoughts well, listen or watch English Movies/news channels and keep talking to people... ...more

I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like). I am confused between Software testing and development. Testing doesn't give much career growth but doesn't require much coding abilities (good for me). Some asked me to learn Android development. I am totally confused and I don't have much time left. Please help me.

Like already mentioned, dont quit your existing job. Enroll for a course that you are confident about doing with ease in line with the market demand while working. There are lot of weekend batches around, if time is a constraint on weekdays.

How much time will it take for me to speak English very fluently? Currently I know English but I cannot speak fluently.

Speaking fluently in English is not a rocket science and there is no particular time period for it. Come out of the judgement mode of "what others will think?"
