Hi Chandni, The next announcement for IBPS exams for banks would be released in December, 2016. It is a good idea to appear for them but that takes a long process. Meanwhile it would be a good idea to start applying to private financial institutions who are involved in selling a range of financial products. This would provide you relevant experience on the latest products in the industry since you haven't worked since past two years. It would also give you a good opportunity to network with people in the industry. Feel free to contact us for any further information read less

If I am in your place I would count the reason to shift from an industry where I have 5 years of remarkable experience. Particularly in the current situation of IT world. Before leaping it would always better to have a rewind and forecast.
