If we talk in short c is easier But basically C is the base of c++. If you know and understand c deeply then c++ is very very easy for you

if you are starting off with a clean slate, start with C++ programming. You will learn it faster. C++ language is based on C. Once you have C++ knowledge, picking up the differences between the 2 languages is a breeze. It will open doors for others like C#.
