I did my B.Ed. in Yoga from Punjab University 1999 and I have been running guided meditation classes for students and professionals for the last 20 years. I also run hypnotherapy/Yog Nidra classes for people with hypertension, for goal setting personal and professional in academia and sports. I was trained in Yoga Nidra during my B.Ed. days by Swami Parmananda of Haridwar and hypnotherapy by Rajeev Aggarwal from Hyderabad.

A professional IELTS, TOEFL and PTE-A trainer with a high success rate and a one and a half year's experience in an institute of repute. A teacher with an overall 8 years' relevant and related experience. I teach English with the embedded method or immersion style. What to expect in the class? Daily routine reporting. The class starts with talking about your daily routine. This helps students to learn reporting which is very essential. Reading Aloud and Shadon reading: People barely read. This helps to improve pronunciation and helps with sentence building. Writing Tasks: unseen passages to improve on vocabulary and syntax and improve your lexical range. Listening exercises: listen to a conversation and answer questions. SpeakIng: We start with a speaking exercise by talking about your daily routine and at the end an exercise is given with some hint words, some time to prepare, and then speak for about two minutes. This is slowly increased to 4 minutes tops. This is a two hour class but if you are doing a one hour class then it can be split in two days. The class is intended for school children (at least class V) and there is no upper age limit.
