B.tech is technical subject but BSC is regular course.

BSC is bachelor in science. The course is harder than btech. It requires constant dedication and hard work. If you do not have that thing for technologies then you can go for BSC. The higher study opportunity is more in this field.

B.Tech-bachelor in technology which has papers includes practical application of science and math in technical field. BSc-bachelor in Science which has papers more related to theories in Science. So more concepts are learnt in BSc but more practical application is learnt in B.Tech.
