Yes. It doesn't really matters; hardly 1 or 2 subjects will differ which doesn't impact your skills and learning. But institutes will earn more money based on some comparisons but don't think about the jobs wise. Whatever you have joined, set up a path and focus on the same line. B.Tech courses are building blocks or foundations of your career, nothing else.
By EOD, it's your decision and your parents budget as well.

There is a subtle difference between the jobs thatyou'll get, although its the same. The curriculum is 90% similar for both the courses. Computer science incliuded hardware and software wherea IT basically just includes software.
So, for IT people you will job software related jobs in IT firms and Computer science people can additionally get hardware jobs as well.
