Can I get the application form for 2nd standard now? If admission is based on requisition letter only, when should I approach the school?

I have collected the app form from BCBS, do we need to do any attestation or notary for the supporting documents ? like birth certificate, address proof etc...
I tried calling school but not response.
can some one confirm on this ?

Solomon, there are many private Vans available in around the school gate. I am also skeptical about the distance. But many parents mentioned that, private Vans are easily available for all the locations in Bangalore.

Bishop Cottons Boys school application forms for LKG will be available from 10th Jan to 24th jan at Union bank of India (BSBS branch) at the school premises from 10.30 pm to 2 pm. Thanks

I was told by many people that to get admission into Bishop Cotton, need to spend minimum 2L as bribe/donation, but not sure how far this is true.

As per the security the admission form availability date will be announced in leading newspaper TOI, Deccan Herald. This is expected in end of Jan and early Feb time frame. The form will be available for 5-10 days.

Application forms for LKG 2013 admission will be available from 10th to 24thJan 2013 in the bank located inside the school premise from 10:30am to 2pm.

Have been to Bishop cotton school today. For LKG the chile should complete 4 years in june. With regard to admission form as per the security it will announced in all the leading news paper TOI, Deccan Herald some time end of Jan or early february.
