Through positive mind, one can conquer fear, through faith and gratitude. Through discipline one can break the comfort zone and start doing things of which they are not confident of. Then through commitment one can regularly practice of what they want to be confident of and it is through practice, one gets confidence and this practice needs to be done on a consistent basis so as to get positive results. Fear halts your confidence levels, so conquer your fear and you will get confidence in abundance. Ron Sen, Behavioral and Motivational Trainer.

Hi Krishna, confidence is a virtue which comes from a few practices. they are 1) Positive Mind 2) Discipline 3) Commitment and 4 ) Consistency . So if you want to gain confidence in character you have to practice the above four practices in whatever you do. Positive Thinking will help you to remove the fear from your mind. Discipline will help you to over come the comfort zone and once you can conquer your comfort zone, confidence will automatically increase. Commitment is practicing something which you are not confident in and giving your hundred percent. Like a boy who is not confident in public speaking, if he practices public speaking in front of a mirror everyday , then automatically a point will come when his confident will become sky high. And this commitment should have consistency that is the commitment cannot be erratic, it has to have the regularity which will again come from discipline. In case if you have any specific case related to confidence, you can always get in touch with me. Ron Sen, Behavioral and Motivational Trainer
