"The instructor of the class Yamuna G is very good and friendly , once you start going there you will become very good at yoga. Take me as an example , i could never strech at all but in a month or 2 my stretching skills were improved. And also while we are in class we would never fell to go home. The class is so refreshing, as it fells like our home. "
