Answered on 01/02/2022 Learn CBSE/Class 9/English/Class 9 English Moments/The Lost Child
The lost child refused to take his favorute things in the fair after loosing his parents. The lost child loses interest in the things that he had wanted earlier because he was panic stricken on being separated from his parents. All he wanted was to be united with them. All the things that attracted him in the fair no longer tempted him and now the only thing that mattered was finding his parents. He didn't care about the rides and sweets in the fair . He wanted to be with his parents.
