How can I get the fluency in speaking English? When I talk with my friends in English, that time it is ok but, when I come to my home, I use my mother tongue for communication. In this way, I don't get much time to speak English. So, how to get an English speaking environment?

In my opinion, it's always the environment which matters because when you learn your mother tongue, you don't start with grammar because that environment is already there. So you can apply the same thing. If there's no environment create one and try to always speak in English to whoever you can.

Which application do you use to teach student online and interact with them, ensuring both teacher and student have same study material?

Till now I’m using Zoom as it has all the options needed but after this Covid19 planning to shift to Skype as zoom surveillance is in China so better go for Skype or google hangout
