""Sharath sir has an excellent ability that he can explain the integrity of Graha Bedhma in a lay man's term. After few sessions with him I was able to understand the complexity of this subject in a easier way. The new techniques he thought me as to how to do a raga alapana using the Graha concept was fascinating and is something that is unjustified by many many musicians. He is not of the usual type as many people have said it in the reviews and its an established fact that you can't expect genius to be like a normal man". "

"I know Sharath more as a friend than as a teacher. As mentioned by many, his teaching skills in music are exemplary. I always felt Ragam Tanam Pallavi is tough till I was taught by Sharath. He was actually appointed by our professors to teach Ragam Tana Pallavi to M.A and B.A students, which shows his expertise in the field. What makes him special is, along with his strong music skills, he has got good knowledge about Laya and Shruthi. The way he used it to teach RTP makes the subject more interesting, meaningful and easily understandable. He makes the subject so simple that even a layman can understand every bit of it. I'm exposed to the field of music education from past 5 years and he's the best Musician cum Musicologist I have met till date. More than anything, he feels proud to be what he is, he enjoys teaching and he gives his heart and soul when it comes to make someone understand the complexities. He's a friend to be approached if you want to enjoy learning."

"Sharath was my senior when he was still doing his senior and vidwat. He was a good student and people had so much hopes and would wait to listen to him. I remember he was the first person in our group to sing a raaga alapana that too Abheri :D. It was during Thyagaraja aaradhana in 1997 when he was hardly 10 i suppose. Nagumomu was such a masterpiece and many people were into tears seeing him sing. My dad got transferred and we moved out of Bangalore. I had never seen him until 2011 when he performed in Gayan Samaja. A three hour concert with so much ease, taking up a raga like Bahudari and still making it a wonderful concert only shows he is a genius. My dad always used to tell he is like Arjuna in Mahabharatha, not somebody you can take for granted. He is a guy with immense potential and talent. Happy to see that UrbanPro had his profile. I can see that he has won the hearts of many people. But i would like to say he is fine teacher because he was an excellent student. "

"Being a friend and colleague of Sharath i can tell you all that he is a fantastic musician and a superb human being. I first met him in Music Academy Chennai in 2007 and from then its been a wonderful journey. I have seen people grow step by step but here is this guy who grew to become a giant. Ask him music, ask him engineering, ask him philosophy and there you get your answers. He is a fine speaker if many don't know :P His tremendous ability to see beyond the intellect makes him very different from his contemporaries. His concerts are full of enthu and he keeps surprises waiting till the end and its like ohhhhhhh its over we needed more. Though we have shared the same stage and we are of the same age i always would admire Sharath for his brilliance and versatility. I would refuse to consider him as my competitor as he has beyond such illusive imaginations. I wish him all the very best !!! :-) "

"Sharath sir took Vocal classes for me and he guided me till the end of my senior course..He is one of the best teachers I have or will ever come across, in all aspects of teaching and personality.What I most admire about sir is his remarkable ability to stimulate students and add personality to the course material. Students can feel the energy and optimism radiate from his teaching. His dynamic teaching style makes students listen attentively to him, instead of piling notes for later study. He is one of those rare professors that take the extra effort to make sure all students that need extra help are accommodated."

""I have been a student of this school for more than 2 yrs now. I have done 3 grades of piano course from the school. I strongly recommend this place.The tutor Mr. Sharath is a well known artiste in the contemporary music scene. He brings with him the knowledge of his own style of playing coupled with strong theory in Indian and western classical. But more than anything this place is a lot of fun, interactive and would give you the confidence to play on stage with other musicians. You are missing a lot in music if you are not here....Still thinking ??? Go for it !!!"
