"I think the teacher is not experienced. His teaching method would not work for competitive exams like iit jee or bitsat. I asked for demo and he didn’t even take demo he just spoke with me told it was demo. He said if you paid only I will take classes. I paid 4900 rupees, I didn’t even remaining classes except first class. I have been asking for refund but he is not giving it back. Even the urbanpro is so irresponsible they are not even replying back. "

I am really sorry for what you have gone through. But you please see your own comments mentioned on the chat. You have mentioned that you don't have any problem with teacher but you can't manage online because you can't control. Regarding Fees what you have paid is not to me to Urbanpro and it will come to me till I finish the total classes. Kindly don't blame teacher for your mistakes. You don't know Urbanpro policy. Kindly educate yourself before making such negative comments. Kindly see the demo where you have only told want classes . I don't ask for it. Later you only called me after two days to start the class. Where i have become wrong. Just because money which you have paid to Urbanpro without knowing policy blaming teacher. This is not the right way . Kindly think before writing such negative comments. I am escalating this to higher authorities to do the needful. I sincerely request you to be truthful in writing such comments in future. If you want to correct your mistakes kindly remove it . I am leaving it to your wisdom. Thank you.
