"From the moment i met Sandeep, I knew he was a person who could help me achieve new goals & also the one who would help change my life for the better. I started training with sandeep on 14th Feb 2017, during last seven months, I have been challenged & pushed by sandeep, he has taught me a great deal. I was 88 when i started my personal training now I am 80 and more importantly clothing has been shifted from xxxl to xl which is the best part. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. Sandeep is very caring and attentive to what each client needs, what are their limit are and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, yet he knows how much I am capable of. He deserves the best compliments from me. I plan to be his long- term client and continue to work with Sandeep PM.
