I am an ACE(American Council On Exercise) certified personal trainer. I specialize in fat loss programs. I help clients shed that extra kilos of body fat. My programs are unique and individualized as per the client's goals, current fitness levels and previous experience with exercise programs. I believe in a permanent and healthy way of losing body fat by developing healthy habits through small and consistent lifestyle changes. As a result of the above said, results may take a little longer than other approaches but rest assured that the extra layer of body fat is kept at bay for the rest of your life and more importantly you will discover a healthier and fitter version of yourself through the journey.

I started training with sandeep on 14th Feb 2017, during last seven months, I have been challenged & pushed by sandeep, he has taught me a great deal. I was 88 when i started my personal training now I am 80 and more importantly clothing has been shifted from xxxl to xl which is the best part. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. Sandeep is very caring and attentive to what each client needs, what are their limit are and how far he can push them. He encourages and motivates me to do better, yet he knows how much I am capable of. He deserves the best compliments from me. I plan to be his long- term client and continue to work with Sandeep PM. My weight is very low, how can I increase it?

In simple words, you need to start lifting weights or start with body weight exercises and compliment that with healthy food including good sources of protein, fat and complex carbohydrates to nourish your body.
