I have 2 years of experience in teaching Maths and English for 8th and 9 grade students in chennai high school, kottur through an NGO named Teach for India. I teach classes with pedagogy based lesson plans which follows learning through fun based activities with clear objectives which helps students to understand the concepts better.

My special feature as a teacher is I'm good at explaining the concept using lots of fun activities which bring curiosity in the students about the topics and will help them love the subject. The usual class structure is sharing objective of the class, a pre-activity to introduce the topic, main activity to learn the topic where students explore and learn, then elaboration of the topic where students build on their ideas and understanding of the topic and finally there will be a small assessment to check their mastery on the topic. Totally a fun based but effective learning takes place.
