"I was born with a condition called Klippel feil syndrome with abnormal fusion of two spinal bones affecting the spine development with restricted movement. But other than that, I am just living my life like the rest of you. A Special Great Big Thank you to Pranap Sir and my gratitude for his expertise as a fitness instructor. He is excellent at his job, very caring, helpful and personable, always on time and adjusted my schedule when necessary. I have had good results with noticeable, remarkable improvements in my movements with his different crazy work-outs regime that he has put me through and had helped me with much greater range of motion. Initially he gave me easy exercises to start with. Later his challenging and wide variety exercises helped me progress in my strength building and expand my activites.
