"Learning kathak was an experimental idea i came up with during the lock down. Me being a person to who was only in to sports this was a challenge. Just wanted to try something new. I was pretty doubtful bout how this would work out. I started to talk to Pallavi and she was pretty positive about it. So one fine day we started, today hen i look back its been 2 months and i have enjoyed every class and looked forward to the next. Pallavi has been a very patient and accommodating teacher. Its not about how long you take to learn its about understanding what you learn. And i am sure i am gonna take my new hobby a long way. "

"I always wanted to learn Kathak but couldn't do it live. So when looking on the internet, I came across Mrs. Pallavi Jain (Founder of Kalpavriksha Academy). On talking to her over phone, I was promised for amazing 1-1 Kathak classes, and now I realise, more than amazing they are. I got a very kind, passionate, experienced and energetic dance instructor who teaches me every step, gesture and expression of Kathak until I get it perfectly. She also explains the story and history of Kathak. She gives the best and simple tricks to remember the most complicated parts of the dance form. She understands and cooperates with me during my busy work-study schedules. Overall I feel blessed to have such a sweet person as my Guru.
