### GMAT Syllabus

The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is a standardized exam used for admissions into business school programs. It assesses analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal, and reading skills in written English. The GMAT syllabus is divided into four main sections:

1. **Analytical Writing Assessment (AWA):**
- **Task:** Analyze an Argument
- **Time:** 30 minutes
- **Content:** You are required to analyze the reasoning behind a given argument and write a critique of that argument. Your ability to think critically and communicate your ideas is tested.

2. **Integrated Reasoning (IR):**
- **Number of Questions:** 12
- **Time:** 30 minutes
- **Content:** This section tests your ability to evaluate information presented in multiple formats and from multiple sources. There are four types of questions:
- Multi-Source Reasoning
- Table Analysis
- Graphics Interpretation
- Two-Part Analysis

3. **Quantitative Section:**
- **Number of Questions:** 31
- **Time:** 62 minutes
- **Content:** This section measures your ability to reason quantitatively, solve quantitative problems, and interpret graphic data. There are two types of questions:
- Problem Solving
- Data Sufficiency

4. **Verbal Section:**
- **Number of Questions:** 36
- **Time:** 65 minutes
- **Content:** This section measures your ability to read and understand written material, evaluate arguments, and correct written material to conform to standard written English. The question types include:
- Reading Comprehension
- Critical Reasoning
- Sentence Correction

### TOEFL Syllabus

The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is designed to measure the English language proficiency of non-native speakers who wish to enroll in English-speaking universities. The TOEFL syllabus is divided into four sections:

1. **Reading:**
- **Number of Questions:** 30-40 questions
- **Time:** 54-72 minutes
- **Content:** This section includes 3-4 reading passages, each followed by questions that test your understanding of the content, vocabulary, and rhetorical purpose of the passage.

2. **Listening:**
- **Number of Questions:** 28-39 questions
- **Time:** 41-57 minutes
- **Content:** This section includes listening to lectures, conversations, and discussions, followed by questions that test your comprehension and understanding of the main idea, detail, function, attitude, organization, and relationships between ideas.

3. **Speaking:**
- **Tasks:** 4 tasks
- **Time:** 17 minutes
- **Content:** This section includes one independent speaking task and three integrated tasks. You will be asked to express an opinion on a familiar topic and to speak based on reading and listening tasks.

4. **Writing:**
- **Tasks:** 2 tasks
- **Time:** 50 minutes
- **Content:** This section includes one integrated task (write an essay based on reading and listening) and one independent task (write an essay expressing your opinion on a topic).

Both the GMAT and TOEFL are crucial for students aiming for admission to universities and business schools, particularly in English-speaking countries. The GMAT focuses on analytical and reasoning skills, while the TOEFL measures English language proficiency.
